Volz Australia and Volz Singapore recently had the privilege to attend the Volz Gruppe GmbH 100-year celebration in Germany.
From the production of small gears in 1925 by Leopold Volz to the international supplier of state-of-the-art hydraulic components, it is now a successful third-generation company with over 350 employees.
Volz GmbH proudly looks back on a century of innovation, responsibility, collaboration, and the strength to overcome the many challenges that 100 years in business presents.

In May 2025, Volz Australia proudly marks its 20th Anniversary, an achievement that reflects two decades of dedication, growth and a commitment to quality.
From its modest beginnings in Albury NSW in 2005, today, Volz Australia operates across three branches; including Perth, Brisbane and Albury. For the past two decades, Volz has remained true to its roots as a family business, overcoming challenges, celebrating successes, and encouraging a culture of trust and collaboration with passionate and dedicated people in the industry.
Supported by a dedicated team of 17 staff members, the company's family-orientated ethos is evident. Volz Australia has also continually invested in its supply chain and inventory levels and with strong stockholdings in Australia, Singapore and Germany. Volz Australia has streamlined its operations to better serve its customers, gaining and maintaining accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and Trusted Trader, solidifying their position as an industry leader.

Let's talk about People
Volz Australia would like to formally introduce David Gordon. David is 38 years of age and the next generation of one of the founding partners, Bill Gordon who many will remember from the Stainless Connection days. Working behind the scenes, David's focus for the past 10 years has been developing our global supply network based in Singapore. The focus now is on the domestic supply network in Australia. The VOLZ commitment is to develop the inventory levels of the business as we continue to grow.
